Who is responsible

IZɌA Privé is operated by IZRA PRIVE (PVT) LTD, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka, Company No. PV 00256176, with its registered office at No. 34/B, Perera Road, China Fort, Beruwala 12070, Sri Lanka.

IZRA PRIVE (PVT) LTD is responsible for deciding how personal information submitted through this website is used.

Information we receive

The private-enquiry form asks for your name, email address, country and the nature of your enquiry.

If you describe a specific gemstone requirement, you may also provide details such as gemstone, format, approximate size or carat requirement, preferred shape, colour and treatment preferences, geographic-origin preference, laboratory preference, timeframe and an indicative budget range.

Additional notes are optional.

The form also uses technical information required to protect the submission process from automated abuse and to support safe retries.

Please do not include payment-card details, bank-account information, identity documents or confidential third-party documents.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to understand your requirement, consider whether we can assist and respond to your enquiry.

We also process limited technical information to operate and protect the enquiry form.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, enquiry information may be processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a possible business relationship and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the website and enquiry service from abuse.

We do not use enquiry information to add you to a marketing list or newsletter merely because you contacted us through the form.

Cloudflare and Resend

Cloudflare operates the website enquiry endpoint and the Turnstile security check. Cloudflare processes technical request and security information required to provide and protect those services.

Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. It is not used by IZɌA Privé to analyse the content of your enquiry.

Resend is used to deliver valid enquiries by email to IZɌA Privé. Your email address is used as the reply address so that we can respond to you.

The website Worker does not maintain an IZɌA Privé enquiry database or a separate application copy of submitted enquiries.

International processing

Cloudflare operates a global infrastructure and information may therefore be processed through infrastructure in more than one country.

Resend states that its primary data-processing operations are in the United States. Its email sending region does not necessarily determine where message data is stored.

Where required by applicable law, international processing is subject to the safeguards and contractual arrangements provided by the relevant service provider.

How long information is kept

The website Worker does not retain a separate database copy of an enquiry.

Resend’s current published terms for its Free plan state that email and log data is retained for up to 30 days, backups persist for 7 days.

A copy of your enquiry may remain in the IZɌA Privé email account. We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain the relevant business relationship and satisfy legitimate business or legal record-keeping requirements.

Technical records may also be retained by Cloudflare according to the platform configuration and the service provider’s applicable terms.

Cookies and security technologies

IZɌA Privé does not use the website to set analytics or advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the private-enquiry form. Turnstile pre-clearance is disabled. Cloudflare may nevertheless process technical security signals and use technologies necessary to provide and protect its service.

Your information

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of information and, in some circumstances, to object to or restrict processing.

You may also have the right to complain to an applicable data-protection authority.

Security

The enquiry service uses measures including input validation, an automated-abuse check, rate limiting and restricted server-side credentials.

No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice when the website, our service providers or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this website.
